3lbschicken wings, separated at joints, tips removed

Instructions
Heat oil in a frying pan to 375 degrees F.Working in batches, deep-fry the chicken wings until golden, about 15 minutes.Drain on paper towels.
Combine the hot sauce, 6 tbsp. butter, celery salt, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt in a pot and place over medium heat.
Bring to a simmer while stirring with a whisk As soon as the liquid begins to bubble on the sides of the pot, remove from heat. Stir again with the whisk.
Toss the cooked chicken wings with 6 tbsps. butter, celery leaves, blue cheese and wing sauce.Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing and enjoy!
