  • 3 lbs chicken wings , separated at joints, tips removed
  • Flour for dredging
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 6 tbsps butter , melted
  • 2 tbsps celery leaves
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese


  • Heat oil in a frying pan to 375 degrees F.Working in batches, deep-fry the chicken wings until golden, about 15 minutes.Drain on paper towels.
  • Combine the hot sauce, 6 tbsp. butter, celery salt, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt in a pot and place over medium heat.
