  • 3 lbs chicken wings split and tips removed
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 2 tbsps chile sauce
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
