Instructions
Finely chop a handful of fresh coriander.
Heat a knob of butter with some oil in a pan.
Grate the ginger and finely dice the garlic.
Next add to the pan, together with the dry spices and fry for a minute or so.
Add the fresh coriander and prawns. Heat until warmed through. Serve dry.
