Juice of Two limes

low sodium salt to taste
Instructions
Blend whole ingredients except cucumber -slice it thinly and use it as a base for the salad.
Slice 1 to 2-inch sections, scoop out the middle with a grapefruit spoon and fill the cucumber
"cups" with the salad.
Epic Dressing: Mix, four tablespoons.
Chili powder, 2 teaspoons every garlic powder, oregano and onion powder, two tsp each paprika
and cumin, four tsp low sodium salt,
and 1/9 to 1/6 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
Combine One cup olive oil and Half cup rice vinegar.
