Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened hemp
  • milk
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons raw almond
  • butter (organic if possible)
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon unrefined
  • coconut butter (or oil)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, blend all ingredients together until a smooth consistency is reached.

  2. first take some amount of avocado clean it carely and keep some time for wapour of water percentage

  3. then take spanish and mix that spanish with bluberries,after mixing take raspberries one and half cup

  4. keep together these three ingridients mix these all in a glass

  5. shake these mixture upto final to green goddess
